Supervision & Consultation

You don’t need to have it all figured out to be a great provider.

If you’re a dietitian working with eating disorders, chronic dieting, or body image and looking for a space to unpack the messiness of this work—you’re in the right place. I offer individual and group supervision and consultation for RDs who want to feel grounded, supported, and seen.

This space is for you if:

  • You’re looking for support in growing—whether that’s deepening your clinical work or exploring the path to business ownership.

  • You want a chill, relatable supervisor—not someone who’s going to throw a bunch of rigid frameworks at you.

  • You’re craving partnership in your learning, not perfection.

  • You want to talk about the parts of you that our field teaches us to hide: the self-doubt, the imposter syndrome, the part that needs to fix, that wants to be liked, that second guesses what you said in session.

  • You want to bring your full self into your work—and model the same for your clients.

Together, we’ll explore clinical questions, case consults, and the emotional experience of this work, through a trauma-informed, HAES-aligned, anti-oppressive lens.

What We Can Explore Together

  • Clinical decision-making for eating disorder care

Integrating anti-diet, trauma-informed, and social justice lenses seamlessly into your work with clients

  • Building confidence in your unique voice and approach

Navigating burnout, imposter syndrome, or empathy fatigue to boundary setting with clients & colleagues

  • Business basics for starting or growing a private practice

Business basics for starting or growing a private practice and marketing practices that feel aligned with your values
