What Maddy’s Clients Have To Say

  • "Maddy is an amazing dietitian and has been incredible helpful dealing with my dietary health issues.

She is very knowledgeable about gut health and uses a blend of scientific knowledge and empathy to guide her clients.

She creates a safe space and is likable and a joy to work with.”

  • "Maddy has been one of the most impactful people on my journey to heal my relationship with food... There are so many meaningful ways that she’s helped that really can’t be measured...

When I look back on my time and experience working with Maddy I am always going to remember what an important role she played in helping me to build a more positive relationship with food and ultimately with myself, and I’ll always be grateful to her for that.”

  • "I am feeling grateful for these incremental changes that will help my body feel better.

I have a LOT of for allergies and don’t have much cooking talent, so I can never seem to get full in a day.  I appreciate Maddy’s ability to hear my roadblocks (there feel like a million), and her help me find actual, do-able, things I can buy and prepare quickly.

Just a few days into trying her ideas, and I already have a bit more energy to be friendly to people.I also noticed feeling more playful in my body as I tried new things out at the gym. I am feeling grateful for these incremental changes that will help my body feel better.”
