Nutrition therapy with a dietitian that actually works
Evidence-based approaches + sustainable behavior change — 100% virtual in NY, CA, and select states
Evidence-based care beyond diet culture
If you’ve ever felt like social media, dieting or chasing weight loss only left you more confused, frustrated, or disconnected from yourself — you’re not alone.
Our providers combine sustainable, evidence-based tools with a collaborative, non-judgmental approach to meet you where you are and get you where you want to be.
Together, we’ll build a more peaceful relationship with food, movement, and your body all while achieving your health and performance goals.
Quiet the food noise
Information overload and pressures to look a certain way have pulled so many of us away from what we actually need. Hunger, fullness, and cravings became things to fear, diminish, or control — instead of something to understand.
Working with our team means reducing food noise, building trust in your decisions with food and making peace with your body.
You’re not the problem. You never were. And you don’t have to keep fighting your body to feel at home in it.
Who We Work With
We work with humans who are exhausted by how much space food and body thoughts take up. The kind of people who look “fine” on the outside—capable, caring, holding a lot—but privately feel stuck in the loop of all-or-nothing eating, binge cycles, and negative body image thoughts.
A lot of our clients have busy brains (hello, ADHD), perfectionism, anxiety, chronic stress, or a long history of trying to “get it right.” If you’ve been cycling through different plans and still feeling stuck, you don’t need more discipline—you need support that actually fits your life and your brain.
You might resonate with our work if:
You feel overwhelmed by food noise and second-guessing every choice
You’re stuck in restriction → binge → guilt → “start over” patterns
You’ve tried dieting, tracking, “clean eating,” or weight loss goals and ended up feeling more anxious or disconnected
You want to trust your hunger/fullness again without turning eating into a math problem
You’re looking for care that’s weight-inclusive, relational, trauma-informed, and practical—not judgmental or extreme
You want support that honors nuance, identity, and the context of your real life (not perfection)
We’re here to help you stop fighting your body and start supporting yourself in a way that actually works.
What Our Clients Have To Say
-
"Maddy has been one of the most impactful people on my journey to heal my relationship with food... There are so many meaningful ways that she’s helped that really can’t be measured...
When I look back on my time and experience working with Maddy I am always going to remember what an important role she played in helping me to build a more positive relationship with food and ultimately with myself, and I’ll always be grateful to her for that.”
-
"Emily is a godsend, and one of the main reasons I've continued eating disorder recovery this long....
What has most stood out to me is the way that Emily walks the line of what we should talk about to further my recovery whilst giving me agency in when I talk about those things. I made it clear at the onset of working with her that I do not trust dietitians, and she changed that.”
-
"Emily was the first dietitian to see me and not my body....
She made me feel safe while also helping me hold space for ED thoughts.
She's well-educated, emotionally intelligent, and passionate about what she does. Those of us in fat bodies, shamed by dietitians in the past, or fearing of being judged by being honest...that stops at Emily's practice”
